Section 11(2) in The Maharashtra Textile Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1982
(2)No Court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this section except with the previous sanction of the State Government or of an officer authorised by that Government in this behalf.
