Section 10(1)(b) in Andhra Pradesh Brewery Rules, 2006

(b)The licensee keeps a security deposit of an amount equal to 15% (Fifteen percent) of the annual licence fee of the brewery in the shape of Fixed Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee issued by any scheduled Bank situated in Andhra Pradesh in the name of the Commissioner.
