(3)Every member shall be entitled to receive such remuneration or allowances from the funds of the Board as may be prescribed:Provided that if the Board so desires, he shall be entitled to receive both remuneration and allowances at such rates as may be prescribed:Provided further that in the case of a member of the Legislative Assembly of Goa, Daman and Diu, he shall not be entitled to any remuneration other than the travelling allowance and daily allowance at rates not exceeding those admissible to him as a member of the Legislative Assembly under the Goa, Daman and Diu Salaries and Allowances of Members of the Legislative Assembly Act, 1964.
