Section 14(1) in The U.P. Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation Of Admission And Fixation Of Fee) Act, 2006
(1)Tire State Government or any authority authorized by the State Government may, by notification, make regulations consistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder.
