Section 11(2) in The Bihar and Orissa Nurses Registration Act, 1935
(2)The Registrar shall keep the register in accordance with the provisions of this Act and of any rules or bye-law made thereunder, and shall from time to time all necessary alterations in the names and addresses of registered persons and remove the names of any such person who is dead.
