(1)If a person intends to remove or discontinue the water course constructed under the authority conferred on him under Section 93, he may do so after giving notice to the [Mamlatdar] [This word was substituted for the word 'Tahsildar' by Schedule Ill, Clause 1.] and the neighbouring holder.
