1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Mr. Sumeet Gadodia, learned counsel for the petitioner in each of these petitions submits that the issue raised in these petitions stands entirely covered by the judgment and order dated 24.09.2025 disposing of -5- 2026:JHHC:9250-DB batch of writ petitions including W.P.(C) No. 1532 of 2022 and connected matters.
3. Mr. Piyush Chitresh, learned A.C. to A.G. submitted that the State has filed a petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 3966 of 2026 against the above referred judgement and order. However, he admitted, that till date, there is no stay or any other interim relief granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
4. Similar order was made by us in W.P.(C) No. 1774 of 2026 on 25.03.2026.
5. Accordingly, following the reasonings in the above referred judgment and order, we dispose of the present petitions in terms of the judgment and order dated 24.09.2025 in W.P.(C) No. 1532 of 2022 and connected matters by granting the petitioner the same reliefs as were granted to the petitioners in W.P.(C) No. 1532 of 2022 and connected matters, to the extent applicable.
6. These petitions are disposed of in the above terms without any order for costs. Pending Interlocutory Applications, if any, do not survive and are disposed of.
