Section 7(1) in The M.P. Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Rules, 1962
(1)The election of the representative of cotton growers shall be made by inviting nomination papers in Form B and thereafter by means of polling in the manner prescribed for the election of representative of cotton growers for the constitution of market committees for the management of any cotton markets established or deemed to be established under the Madhya Pradesh Agricultural Produce Act, I960, if such cotton market or markets are established in the local area.
