1. Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties jointly submit that a judgment has been passed by this Court on 12.07.2018 and the suit is only proceeding between the parties in respect of damages.
2. It is further submitted that Defendants' evidence has concluded on 09.04.2022 and the Plaintiff has to file its evidence by way of affidavit and that the same shall be filed during the course of the day.
3. List before the Local Commissioner on 17.05.2022 for recording of evidence.
4. Matter be listed before Court after recording of evidence is concluded.
5. It is also pointed out that as per the report filed by the Local Commissioner, parties have to intimate the Local Commissioner about the date mutually convenient to the parties and the counsels for further recording of evidence.
6. List before the learned Joint Registrar on 30.08.2022.
