Section 255(1) in Andhra Pradesh Civil Rules of Practice and Circular Orders, 1980
(1)The District Judge shall fix, and may, from time to time, after the rates to be charged for the maintenance of very description of livestock attached by the several Courts in its district with reference to reasons and local conditions.
