17. Academic Planning and Evaluation Hoard.
- There shall be an Academic Planning and Evaluation Board to prepare short term and long term academic plans and to monitor and evaluate the performance of such plans. The constitution, terms, powers and duties of the Academic Planning and Evaluation Board shall be such as may be prescribed by the statutes.
