MA 976/2011 has been filed by the applicant seeking revival of the CP, which was disposed of on 29.05.2009. Counsel for the respondents stated that the CP itself has become infructuous inasmuch as applicant has been granted appointment as MTS (Multi Tasking Staff) in Group C post by Ministry of Defence vide order dated 11.07.2011 and she has also joined. Copy of the order has been handed over to the counsel for the applicant and one copy is taken on record.
(2)2. In view of above, the CP is dropped having become infructuous. Notices are discharged. MA 976/2011 stands disposed of accordingly.
