In spite of time having been granted to learned Standing Counsel to file counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 4, no counter affidavit has been filed till today although nearly two years have elapsed.
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted two weeks and no more time to file counter affidavit failing which the respondent no. 4 District Supply Officer, Firozabad shall be present in person on the next date fixed along with relevant records and instructions to assist the court.
