Appointment to the post of Court Officer and Cashier: The posts of Court Officer and Cashierare selection posts. Appointments to these posts shall be made by transfer of suitable officials fromofficials belonging to class II (Deleted) & class III by the Appointing Authority keeping in view theaptitude of the candidates and their willingness to furnish requisite security, where required. Theperson concerned shall be liable to be transferred back to his original post. His lien will continue tobe maintained on his original post and he may be reverted to his original post.
