Section 6(1) in Merchant Shipping (Seafarer Accommodation) Rules, 2016
(1)On being satisfied that an Indian ship has been provided with seafarer accommodation in accordance with these rules, a `record of compliance' may be issued to such ship by the directorate or a body of persons authorised by the Director General, in the form provided in the Fifth Schedule.
