Section 11(1) in The Haryana State Legal Service Authority Rules, 1995
(1)The State Government on the recommendation of the Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court may appoint a Director for Legal Literacy and Training of para-legals on such terms and conditions as may be specified.
