Section 12 in The Punjab Separation of Judicial and Executive Functions Act, 1964
12. In section 29-B for the words "a District Magistrate or a Chief Presidency Magistrate, or any Magistrate specially empowered by the State Government", the words "a Chief Judicial Magistrate or any other Judicial Magistrate specially empowered by the High Court" shall be substituted.
