Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct respondents that all proceedings to implement order No:
DSOMLP/281/2023 - CSIO dated 06.03.2024 of the District Supply Officer
granting license of Authorized Retail Distributor (ARD) No: - 19 [Fair
Price Shop - FPS No- 2053019] of Perinthalmanna Thaluk to the 7th
respondent, shall be kept in abeyance, pending disposal of the writ
petition (civil).
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this court's order dated
27-03-2024 and upon hearing the arguments of the GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R1
to R6 (By Order) and of M/S.M/S AYSHA YOUSEFF, MOLLY JACOB, C.M.EBRAHIM,
JOBI.A.THAMPI, SHOUKATH HUSAIN, AKHEELA FARZANA, ASHIFA YOUSEFF & MOHAMMED

ORDER
The 7th respondent has preferred an application for vacating the interim stay granted by this Court.
There is no representation for the petitioner. The Government Pleader submits that the order which is now impugned is appealable..
The counsel for the petitioner to submit why the interim order should be continued.
