Section 34 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Administration of Evacuee Property Rules, 1965
34. Payment by Custodian.
- No payment shall be made except after the payee has presented his claim and the Custodian or an officer duly authorised by him in this behalf, after checking the same, has passed order of payment thereon.
