(3)Any rules made in pursuance of [clauses (e) to(j) (both inclusive)] [ Substituted by Act 32 of 1959, Section 29 for " clause (f) or clause (h)" .] of sub-section (2) shall be binding on the [Government] [ Substituted by A.O. 1950, for " Crown" .].
