Section 266H in The Chandernagore Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
266H. [ Civic participation. [Chapter XXA containing sections 266A to 266M inserted by West Bengal Act 9 of 1994.]
(1)The Corporation shall convene a meeting of the citizens in each area covered by a Borough Committee once a year for placing its annual administration report and annual financial statement for public information and deliberation thereon.(2)The views of the citizens on the said report and statement shall be recorded and considered in such manner as may be prescribed.]
