Section 33(1) in Travancore-Cochin Hindu Religious Institutions Act, 1950
(1)The Board shall in each year prepare a budget for the next financial year showing the probable receipts and disbursements of the incorporated, and unincorporated Devaswoms and Hindu Religious institutions under the management of the Board during that financial year. The Board shall also within two months of the commencement of each financial year submit to the Ruler of Travancore such number of copies of the budget so prepared as the Ruler may direct.
