Section 10(1) in Kerala Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1986
(1)All proceedings of the Authority shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chairman and all orders and other instruments of the Authority shall be authenticated by the signature of such officer of the Authority as may be authorised in this behalf by regulations.
