The contemnors are present in the Court. Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to implead the Public Service Commission as respondent No.3 and not as contemnor. He may serve advance copy of this contempt petition to anyone of the Standing Counsel for the Public Service Commission. If the Standing Counsel refuses to accept notice, the applicant shall pay PF within a week for service on the newly added respondent.
Post the matter in the week commencing on 9 th July, 2018. On the said date, both the contemnors shall remain present before this Court.
