Section 6(d) in The Orissa Inspection of Subordinate Courts (by the High Court) Rules, 2004
(d)The Inspection shall be made in such a manner so as to cover all the aspects of the Subordinate Courts and Tribunals as specified in the proforma attached as Schedule-II and such other matters at the discretion of the Judge-in-charge.
