Section 64(1) in Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2017
(1)The Government, in respect of any order passed in appeal or otherwise under these rules by any officer, may on an application by an aggrieved party or of its own motion call for and examine the connected records for the purpose of satisfying itself as to the correctness, legality or propriety of such order, may confirm, modify or rescind such order.
