Section 181(2) in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954
(2)The power of a Board to make bye-laws shall be subject to the condition of the bye-laws being made after previous publication and of their not taking effect until they have been confirmed by the State Government and published in the Rajasthan Gazette.
