15. [ Advisory Committees
.-The Corporation may from time to time appoint one or more Advisory Committee or Committees for the purpose of assisting the Corporation in the efficient performance of its functions and in particular, for the purpose of securing that those functions are exercised with due regard to the circumstances of, conditions prevailing in, and requirements of, particular areas or industries.]
