Section 2(f) in National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme - AP Social Audit Rules, 2008
(f)"Gram Sab has" shall ordinarily mean a body consisting of persons registered in the electoral rolls relating to a village comprised within the area of Panchayat at the village level as defined in the Constitution of India or A.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 and rules made there under. However, for Social Audit purposes, Gram Sabha could mean meeting of one ward, village or habitation constituting residents of part of a Panchayat.
