Section 6(1) in Uttar Pradesh Muslim Waqfs Act, 1960
(1)The Commissioner shall apportion the work of survey of waqfs between himself and the Additional and Assistant Commissioners in such manner as he may think proper, and shall generally supervise and control their work.
