176. Members, officers and employees to be public servants
- All the Members and all the officers and other employees of the Development Authority shall, while acting, or purporting to act, in pursuance of, or in exercise of any power conferred by or under, any provision of this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (45 of 1860).
