Section 9(a) in The Punjab Ex-servicemen Corporation (General) Rules, 1982
(a)The Managing Director shall be entitled to such leave including casual leave as is admissible to the employees of the Government of his status under the Punjab Civil Services Rules, Volume I, Part I.
