Section 7 in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 2015

7. Meeting of the Institute.

(1)The Institute shall meet at such time and place, as the President may from time to time determine.
(2)The transactions of business in such meeting shall be in such manner as may be prescribed:Provided that the Institute shall meet at least once in a year.
