3. Restriction on removal of timber outside Arunachal Pradesh.
- No person shall remove or cause to be removed from the State for the purpose of trade or otherwise, any timber to any other place outside the State, and no trading depot shall be set-up or established in the State at any place without a licence from the competent authority.
