Section 14 in The Wild Life (Protection) Amendment Act, 2002
14. Amendment of section 26A.-
In section 26A of the principal Act, for sub- section (3), the following sub- section shall be substituted, namely:-" (3) No alteration of the boundaries of a sanctuary shall be made by the State Government except on a recommendation of the National Board.".
