Section 6(3) in The Rajasthan Control Of Goondas Act, 1975
(3)The Tribunal may either confirm the order, with or without modification, or set it aside, and may, pending disposal of the appeal, stay the operation of the order subject to such terms, if any, as he thinks fit.
