Section 1 in Tamil Nadu Occupants of Kudiyiruppu (Conferment Of Ownership) Act, 1971
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Occupants of Kudiyiruppu (Conferment of Ownership) Act, 1971.(2)The Government may, by notification, direct that this Act shall come into force in any area on such date as may be specified in the notification and different dates may be appointed for different areas.
