Section 24 in Tamil Nadu Urban Land Tax Act, 1966

24. Urban land tax not to be taken into account for compensation in certain cases.

- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or in any other law for the time being in force, the urban land tax payable under this Act shall not be taken into account for the purposes of payment of compensation under -
