01. 1. Mr. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, construction of "Kalyan Mandap" is being made under MPLAD fund. Plot no.818 is a road, over which the "Kalyan Mandap"
is being made. His client and others being residents of that area are affected and made representation, disclosed at pages 13 to 18 of the writ petition. He submits, same was dispatched by registered post with A.D. on 1st November, 2021 addressed to opposite party no.3.
2. Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, upon directions made, opposite party no.3 will consider and deal with the representation.

3. Opposite party no.3 will deal with the representation within three weeks of communication of this order. Result must be made known to petitioner no.1, within that time and also pending the decision and till two weeks after it is informed, there will be status- quo to be maintained regarding construction.
4. The writ petition is disposed of.
