(2)The government or Registrar, as the case may be, in such which are substantially funded by government or government undertakings or financial institutions in public interest, if found necessary and appropriate, may order or direct for the conduct of internal audit or cost audit or performance audit or special audit or test audit or any other audit for such co-operative.
