1. Respective counsel for the parties submit that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties; a settlement agreement dated 13.09.2023 has been duly executed between the parties. A copy of the same has been handed over during the course of the proceedings.
2. Respective counsel for the parties further submit that they will be jointly moving an application under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC for a consent This is a digitally signed order.
