ORDER (ORAL)
Hon'ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J) In the present C.P. willful defiance of directions of the Tribunal in order dated 20.02.2024 (Annexure CP-1) has been alleged. Para 7 of the said order reads as under:-
"7. In the facts and circumstances of the case and with the consent of the learned counsels for the parties and without going into the merits of the present case, the O.A. is disposed of with direction to the competent authority amongst the respondents to consider the applicants' pending representation(s) and if on such consideration, the applicants are found similarly placed as the applicants in the O.A. Nos. 2995/2014 and 2996/2014 (Supra) these applicants be accorded the same benefits as accorded to the applicants in the aforesaid two O.As and in the similar manner as in the case of the applicants in the aforesaid two O.As and/or to pass a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 8 weeks of receipt of a copy of this order."
2. Today, learned counsel for the respondents submits that in compliance of directions of the Tribunal, the respondents have considered and disposed of the representation(s) of the petitioners vide Order No. 239 of 2024 ADMIN-II dated 17.11.2024. He has placed on record a copy of the said order dated 17.11.2024 after supplying a copy thereof to the learned counsels for the petitioners. We have perused the same. We are satisfied by the compliance made by the respondents.
