The office report is that Ld.counsel for the appellant and the Ld.counsel for the respondent No.1 have failed to file the statement of case, although they have been notified to do so by letter dated 06.09.2012 of this Registry. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.2-5, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
