Section 250(2) in The City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948
(2)If it appears to the Magistrate that such animal, food, drink, drug, utensil or vessel was rightly seized, he shall cause the same to be forfeited to the Corporation or to be destroyed at the expenses of the person in whose possession it was found at the time of its seizure.
