(3)Technical qualifications. - A candidate must possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering of a recognised University or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering recognised by the Institue of Engineers (India) as exempting from Sections 'A' and 'B' of their Associate Membership Examination.
