25. Certain persons to be public servants.
- Every arbitrator, administrator, authorised officer and every other officer empowered by the Government, while exercising any power or performing any duty under this Act, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act XLV of 1860).
