Section 17(1) in Uttarakhand Plastic and Other Non Biodegradable Garbage (Regulation of Use and Disposal) Act, 2013
(1)Where it is expedient to do so, the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, add to or omit from the Schedule any item of non-biodegradable waste and thereafter the Schedule shall be deemed to be amended accordingly.
