Section 3(c) in The Bombay State Dental Council (Reconstitution And Reorganization Order, 1961
(c)the Government of Gujarat shall constitute a Council which shall be called the Gujarat State Dental Council and which shall be constituted in the manner specified in Sec. 21 of the Act:
