22. Meetings of the Executive Council.
(1)The meetings of the Executive Council shall be convened by the Mission Director on the advice of the Chairman and/or the Vice Chairman.(2)The Executive Council shall meet as often as may be necessary, at least once in three months.(3)The quorum for the meetings of the Executive Council shall be one third of the filled up membership in each body and decisions may be taken in the meetings by simple majority of those present and voting.
