Section 15(vi) in Rajasthan Madarsa Education Assistant Subordinate Service Rules, 2013
(vi)the upper age limit for persons serving in connection with affairs the State, Panchayat Samiti and Zila Parishad and in the Public Sector undertaking corporation in substantive capacity shall be 40 years;
